               Rail to CarShare" Promotion

               Germantown and Evergreen Avenues
               Philadelphia, PA

  DETAILS:     SEPTA will join with PhillyCarShare for the launch of the
               special "Free Rail to CarShare" promotion on Monday, July 16.

               The groundbreaking program is designed to highlight a co-
               operative effort between SEPTA transit services and the
               CarShare program as PhillyCarShare will reimburse its members
               for using SEPTA regional rail, subway lines, and trolleys to
               make a connection from SEPTA to a PhillyCarShare vehicle.

               As part of the promotional effort PhillyCarShare's "Green
               Men" with green key (logo) will take a symbolic ride on a
               SEPTA R8 train from Suburban Station to Chestnut Hill West
               Station for the kick-off of the promotion. (The R8 train is
               scheduled to leave Suburban Station at 9:42 a.m. and arrive
               at Chestnut Hill West Station at 10:15 a.m.).
