Country Music Star LeAnn Rimes Makes Donation

DETROIT - July 4, 2007: The Coalition to Salute America's Heroes, in conjunction with singer LeAnn Rimes, is working to give away modified cars to Iraq war veterans. The cars are equipped with Sit N’ Lift, a power seat designed to assist individuals to get in and out of their vehicles. General Motors reports more than 26,000 soldiers have been wounded since the start of the Iraq war and specialty-equipped vehicles can aid in their mobility.
