Electric Scooter Prototype Delivered to Florida Dealer

SOLANA BEACH, Calif., May 29, 2007 -- Armor Electric Inc. is pleased to announce that negotiations for the sale of a fleet of electric scooters to a significant vehicle dealer in Florida have progressed to the field testing stage. Last week Armor shipped a lithium-ion battery powered scooter, developed and rigorously tested over the past 18 months by Armor's EPS partner, to the dealer for performance evaluation and demonstration.

The scooter's lithium-ion EPS system was designed specifically for use in resort rental fleets. Armor believes the battery system will outlast traditional lead acid systems by a factor of 4-5, significantly reducing the fleet operator's maintenance, replacement and downtime expenses. Requiring only a four hour charge, the scooter has a top speed of 40 MPH and a range of 60 miles.
