Buford, Ga. – Kinetic Motorsports is on its way to Miller Motorsports Park just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah for the second installment of the 2007 IMSA Cup Challenge presented by Michelin. The 4.5 mile, 24-turn road course is in its second year of use after debuting officially in 2006. Kinetic Motorsports competed in the inaugural IMSA race there last year so the team will bring the knowledge gained from experience a year ago to the table this weekend.

Kinetic has competed in the Porsche based series for two seasons and added Dino Steiner to the roster beginning with the opening race at Sebring International Raceway. Steiner, who was second overall in points overall in 2006 will join Kinetic for the rest of the season in his Steiner TD/Common Rail Porsche GT3. In addition, Kinetic is pleased to welcome Jorge DeMacedo to the team. DeMacedo will pilot his Global Money Remittance Porsche Cup car with Kinetic beginning here at Miller Motorsports Park.

“I couldn’t be happier to have Dino and Jorge with me as teammates, said Kinetic co-owner Russell Smith. “Dino has posted incredible results during his IMSA career and Jorge is making the step up from his successes with club racing to expand his competitive resume. With the team that we have in place, I am sure that we will be able to bring Kinetic top results. Miller is a great track and I know that we are all hoping to achieve a win here this weekend.”
