WorldSource in Negotiations for Exclusive Global Marketing and Distribution Rights for Ice Free Antifreeze Spray

PALM DESERT, Calif., May 16, 2007 -- WorldSource, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WDSC) today announced that it is in negotiations with multiple entities for the exclusive global marketing and distribution rights for its product Ice Free. Ice Free is an anti-icing spray for automobile windshields, was developed with NASA-based technology, is biodegradable, and is the simple answer for keeping windshields free of ice.

"Since the launch of Ice Free, we have been receiving a considerable number of global inquiries regarding access to this product, ranging from consumers looking to purchase to conglomerates looking to manufacture for multiple applications," said Brian Jue, CEO of WorldSource. "We are currently working with multiple entities in regards to the exclusive marketing and distribution rights for Ice Free in their respective regions around the world, and based on initial success, may grant manufacturing rights as well."

The technology that led to the creation of Ice Free is based on an anti- icing fluid developed by a three-engineer team at NASA Ames. The team designed a non-toxic fluid to keep ice from building up on airplanes. At the time, the anti-icing fluid was hailed for making flying safer, without introducing dangerous chemicals into the environment. In fact, the fluid was biodegradable and so environmentally safe that it was referred to as "food grade," because the ingredients used in its creation were approved by the Food and Drug Administration for use in food.
