BENSALEM, Pa., May 10, 2007 -- Law Offices of Howard G. Smith announces a May 28, 2007, deadline to move to be a lead plaintiff in the securities class action lawsuit filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock of U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. The shareholder lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing material misrepresentations to the market concerning the Company's business and prospects, thereby artificially inflating the price of U.S. Auto Parts securities.
