Autoliv Receives More Awards from Toyota

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--At the annual supplier convention of Toyota Europe, Autoliv (STO:ALIV) the global leader in automotive safety systems was honoured with two regional awards. During the last months, Autoliv received three global Toyota awards, also for its contributions during 2006, from Mr. Katsuaki Watanabe, President of Toyota Motor Corporation.

The new awards are in recognition of Quality Achievements and for Cost Management, respectively. This was the second year in a row that Autoliv received two Achievement Awards from Toyota Europe. The awards were given to Autoliv at Toyotas European supplier convention by Mr. Agata, Executive Vice President of Toyota Europe.

So far this year, Autoliv has received a total of seven awards from customers for its achievements during 2006. In addition to the five awards from Toyota, the Company has received a Supplier of the Year Award from Hyundai-Kia and an Outstanding Performance Award from General Motors.

Autoliv Inc. develops and manufactures automotive safety systems for all major automotive manufacturers in the world.
