Harley-Davidson, Inc. Declares Dividend

MILWAUKEE, Feb. 14, 2007 -- Harley-Davidson, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.21 per share for the first quarter of 2007. The dividend is payable March 20, 2007 to the holders of record of the Company's common stock on March 5, 2007.

Harley-Davidson, Inc. is the parent company for the group of companies doing business as Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Buell Motorcycle Company and Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc.
