CHAMCO AUTO Names Michael Hoyt as Vice President of Sales & Dealer Development and Michael Ross as Regional Sales Director

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Feb. 9, 2007 -- CHAMCO AUTO has named Michael Hoyt as Vice President of Sales & Dealer Development and Michael Ross as Regional Sales Director. CHAMCO AUTO, partnered with Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Company, Ltd. (ZXAUTO China), expects to be the first North American importer of Chinese automobiles. Bill Pollack, CHAMCO AUTO's Chairman & CEO, made the announcement.

Hoyt has been in the automotive industry for over 25 years. During his tenure with Ford, he accomplished multiple objectives that helped produce record-breaking results for the company. His extensive work with retail dealership operations, including initiating the unique requirement of total dealership management systems integration, has positioned him as one of the most successful professionals in organization building and dealer development. Hoyt also has worked in the Lincoln Mercury Division and the Premier Automotive Group of Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover. His significant contributions in assembling the Jaguar team led to their first J.D. Power Award and Jaguar's IntelliChoice Award, all while achieving record sales and profit for the dealer body. Hoyt attended the University of Vermont where he obtained a B.A. in Economics.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Ross brings extensive knowledge to CHAMCO AUTO. He has worked with companies such as Ford Motor Company, Subaru, American Suzuki, and the DeSimone Auto Group. Ross's experience ranges from business site selection and development to opening new dealerships and providing training for a variety of automotive franchises. His management of multi-national companies and familiarity of diversified markets throughout the United States has equipped him with the essential perspective that will position him to be an integral component of the CHAMCO team. Ross holds a B.A. from the University of South Dakota and an M.A. from Webster University in St. Louis.
