Deal Secured Through ProLink Partner Elumina Iberica, Follows Saab's Successful 2006 Campaign

CHANDLER, Ariz., Feb. 6 -- ProLink Solutions -- a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProLink Holdings Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: PLKH.OB) and the world's leading provider of Global Positioning Satellite ("GPS") golf course management systems and on-course advertising -- today announces its European distributor Elumina Iberica has renewed an advertising partnership with Saab, one of the world's premier luxury automakers.

Building on the success of its 2006 campaign on ProLink screens throughout Spain, Saab renewed its exclusive deal with Elumina Iberica for 2007. Saab will again promote its award-winning lineup of sedans, convertibles and sport- utility vehicles via quarter- and full-page ads appearing at ProLink-equipped courses across Spain. The program has been extended to include ad spots alongside the ProLink system's "ProTIP" feature.

The partnership with Saab was secured through GP Ads, Elumina Iberica's advertising arm, which owns exclusive rights to market the ProLink GPS system throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. A sampling of advertisers that are on or have used ProLink's more than 600 advertising-ready GPS systems worldwide include Aquafina, Jaguar, Lexus, British Airways, HBO, Red Bull, Cadillac, and Visa.

"The Saab brand is synonymous with luxury and performance and we are delighted to continue this partnership with a company of such international prestige," says Angela Catlin, Marketing Director for the Elumina Group. "Increasingly, corporations of Saab's stature recognize the benefits of advertising on ProLink's GPS screens. No other advertising medium reaches the coveted golf demographic, mostly comprised of affluent professionals, in such an effective way."

Based in Sweden, Saab was founded by a group of 16 aircraft engineers whose design philosophy continues to set the company's automobiles apart. Since its founding in 1937, Saab has introduced such innovations as turbo engines, heated seats, active head restraint systems, cabin air filters, headlamp washers and more. Saab is a division of General Motors Corp.

ProLink recently announced plans to acquire Elumina Iberica to more directly capitalize on international demand. Elumina Iberica is currently installing the ProLink system for the first time in Portugal (Quinta Da Ria Golf Course) and has received a firm order from Dubai (Al Badia Golf Resort). These installs should be completed by February 2007. Among the courses choosing Elumina and ProLink last year were the K Club in Ireland, host to the 2006 Ryder Cup, and Four Seasons Golf Club Provence at Terre Blanche in France. ProLink's global reach now extends to 15 countries on five continents.
