Tokyo, Jan 12, 2007 (JCN) - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. today announced its release of the sporty XP500 TMAX in 2007. The automatic motorbike features a strong body and even weight distribution between the wheels.

XP500 TMAX has a four stroke CVT engine (500cc), fuel injection, double disk brakes for the front wheels, radial tires that minimize tread wear, and light weight wheels. The TMAX comes in three colors: vivid red cocktail, dark purplish blue metallic, and black metallic X.

The XP500 TMAX will be available from February 15, 2007. Yamaha Motor will release the TMAX SPECIAL, XP500's classy cousin, later in the year. The TMAX is priced at 850,000 yen while the TMAX SPECIAL will be 871,500 yen.
