America's Service Station Continues Success

ATLANTA, Jan. 8, 2007 -- America's Service Station has just finished another successful year. 2006 saw the Atlanta area auto repair service chain enjoy remarkable accomplishments. The numbers were staggering. Sales rose an astonishing 29.9% over the previous year. That is impressive in its own right, but factor in the 98.5% approval rating from their customers, and it is awe inspiring. A mix such as that is very uncommon in this industry, but America's Service Station seems to have found the formula. It is the sixth consecutive year the company has realized sales increases and their customer satisfaction numbers have never dipped below 97%. Company president, Greg Sands says it was no accident. "If you just work at hiring good solid people and then just really focus in on taking care of customers, everything else takes care of itself." There's no arguing with the results.

Thanks to the solid foundation laid down by the existing store locations, America's Service Station has put itself in great position for rapid growth. In 2007, there are already plans to open four new stores in the Atlanta area, which would give the chain 13 shops in the state. There is also talk of possibly exploring other parts of the country. "This model works," says Sands. "I know we can be just as successful outside of Georgia. It's something I'll definitely consider this year." In the meantime, there are nine shops in the Atlanta area repairing vehicles and delivering great customer service seven days a week.

"They are somewhat of a phenomenon," says one competitor. "I haven't quite figured out exactly how they do it, but they are mighty impressive." High praise from anyone, but even more so from the competition.
