Success at RV Industry Show Provides a Glimpse of Fleetwood's Prosperous future

RIVERSIDE, Calif., Dec. 22, 2006 -- Fleetwood RV, a leading producer of recreational vehicles, today announced its success at RVIA's 44th Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, KY. New products and floor plans drove a record amount of traffic into Fleetwood's display, resulting in positive sales numbers and increased dealer prospects.

"This year's Louisville show was a tremendous success for Fleetwood. Our folding trailer and travel trailer divisions met their sales goals, while our travel trailer division added 45 new dealer distribution points and our motor home orders were up over 37% from last year," said Chris Braun, Executive Vice President of Fleetwood's RV Group. "In addition, we introduced several new floor plans, which were well-received by our dealers who were upbeat and enthusiastic about Fleetwood's renewed focus and the years to come."

Fleetwood's Louisville product display highlights included:

  * Fleetwood Folding Trailers launched its first 12-foot Highlander series
folding trailer model with a total weight of 2800 pounds for easy
towing by smaller vehicles. The Destiny Sedona folding trailer model
with a refrigerator also made its debut in Louisville.
  * Fleetwood's Ultimate Extreme Line, or F.U.E.L., toy hauler brands
(RedLine, Nitrous and GearBox) continue to be extremely well received
by dealers. Dealers like the product segmentation Fleetwood has
established with RedLine as the value leader (low price), Nitrous
HyperLite as the lightweight offering, and GearBox as its high-end,
full-featured product. The new GearBox 290SA "side aisle" and
RedLine 375FSG "garage" floor plans are also proving to be popular
     additions to the F.U.E.L. family.
  * Pegasus and Orbit were completely redesigned for 2007 and have
received very positive dealer feedback. In addition to the recently
expanded line up (featuring 21 floor plans), the higher level LE trim
series boasts more than 20 all-new features, including an
     aerodynamic front fiberglass cap.
  * Fleetwood's motor home division launched its new value-priced Class C
motor homes, Tioga Ranger and Jamboree Sport. The debut of these new
products also marks Fleetwood's first appearance in the entry-level
Class C marketplace. Tioga Ranger and Jamboree Sport were well
received by dealers and accounted for 18% of all motor home orders
     taken at the show.
  * The front kitchen floor plan on the Discovery and the first-ever
42-foot Revolution LE also made positive debuts in Louisville.
  * The must-see product in Fleetwood's display this year was the 2007 X2,
a Class A gas motor home with full-body paint, optional 8000-lb. towing
capacity, and cool toy hauler interior decors that are loaded with tons
of audio/visual and lifestyle options and features.
