Budco Appoints Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing Terry Niles, Former President of Archway, Joins Company

DETROIT--Sept. 11, 2006--Budco, the Highland Park provider of marketing and distribution services, announced a key addition to its senior management team, effective today. Terry Niles, former President of Archway Marketing Services, Rogers, Minnesota, has joined the company, as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

"She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and is a highly regarded professional. Terry will play a pivotal role as we strategically grow the company; she will be instrumental in our efforts to expand into new markets."

Budco, a privately held company, was purchased earlier this year by a group of investors led by Perry Miele, now Chairman of the company. Under Mr. Miele's leadership Budco has developed an aggressive growth plan, which includes growing and expanding its business in various industry sectors including Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Recreational Vehicle, and Food & Beverage.

Ms. Niles has over 20 years of experience in the marketing services and distribution industry where she has played various technical and strategic business development roles. Besides being the former President of Archway Marketing Services, she has held several executive-level positions with both Gage Marketing Services and Adistra Corporation, including Group President, Vice President, and Chief Information Officer.
