MILTON KEYNES, UK - July 25, 2006: Business class people mover Where 2 Nottingham Ltd has moved its fleet preference from E-class Mercedes-Benz for Škoda Superbs.

Attracted to the Czech model by its clean lines and design, Managing Director Gordon Donaldson made a phone enquiry to Mansfield-based Rainworth Motors Ltd who in turn loaned the vehicle to him for two weeks. He comments, "I was initially apprehensive as I had never driven a Škoda before. However, when I discovered the internal design of the car, such as the seat and luggage capacity, my mind was made up."

Gordon disposed of his fleet of E-class Mercedes-Benz and purchased three brand new top-of-the range Škoda Superbs in Elegance trim. And it seems both his employees and customers have been just as impressed. Driver George Richards, 65, is a difficult man to impress having worked as both an Army driving instructor and lorry driver, but he describes his Superb as the best car he has ever had. "You just can’t find fault with it," he comments.

Similarly, ‘Where 2’ clients have been surprised but delighted with the change. Gordon explains, "Our customers have been both curious and initially surprised at the change because they, like so many people, were unaware of how beautifully tailored and well-made Škodas are. However, they too are thrilled with both the quality and performance not to mention the spacious interior. And the business is thriving as the vehicles prove to be so reliable and economic."

To date, all of the company’s models have travelled over 100,000 miles with one clocking up over 170,000. Gordon continues, "Their durability is a testament to the build quality –they have only needed standard services, tyres, wiper blades and brake pads. They are still performing an astonishing average of nearly 50 to the gallon which, in my opinion, very few other vehicles could withstand. And they still look as good as new!"

Martin Burke, Head of Business Sales for Škoda UK, comments, "Where 2 Nottingham Ltd is one of a growing number of companies that has discovered the excellent Czech build quality of the Škoda Superb."

Gordon concludes, "2 Nottingham Ltd is a business class people mover, transporting important business executives all over the UK. Our customers settle for nothing less than the very best, which is a testament to Škoda. Safety, comfort and style is what we wanted and it is what we have got with the Superb - substantially cheaper than its competitors."
