Visiprise to Provide New Scheduling Solution to Design and Manufacturing Services Customer

Solution selected to help meet growth expectations and boost profitability

ATLANTA, July 11 -- Visiprise, Inc., a leader in integrated manufacturing operations solutions, announced it has signed an agreement with Estes Design and Manufacturing to implement the Visiprise Shop Floor Scheduler at the company's Indianapolis facility.

Estes Design and Manufacturing, Inc. is a full-service sheet metal fabricator that provides design, engineering and manufacturing services to global customers. Visiprise will supply Estes with the Visiprise Shop Floor Scheduler to support the company's objective to shorten lead-times to the customer and improve on-time delivery performance.

Visiprise Shop Floor Scheduler is a manufacturing scheduling product that tightly integrates both scheduling and execution. The solution allows manufacturers to tactically plan and define detailed schedules at the shop floor level, utilizing real-time information gathered from manufacturing execution. The product is the first of its kind to offer a single solution that combines manufacturing execution with real-time scheduling for complex discrete markets.

The Visiprise team mapped how the Shop Floor Scheduler would support Estes' current needs. Additionally, Visiprise developed an integration program that will seamlessly tie the solution into the existing Made-2-Manage ERP system. Visiprise will also provide the Estes staff with a training program.
