Littelfuse Completes Acquisition of Catalina Performance Accessories

DES PLAINES, Ill.--June 26, 2006--Littelfuse, Inc. today announced it has completed the previously disclosed acquisition of Catalina Performance Accessories, Inc. of Mountainburg, Ark. for $4.5 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to Littelfuse earnings in 2006.

Catalina Performance Accessories markets and distributes the Smart Glow automotive blade fuse product line. The company has annual sales of approximately $2 million. The Smart Glow products will be integrated into Littelfuse's broad portfolio of products for the automotive aftermarket.
