LONDON - June 24, 2006: Relative to the cost of many other items, cars may be cheaper than they have ever been. At least that's the pitch being used by one enterprising British car dealer.

Windrush Volkswagen (with outlets in both Slough and Maidenhead) can sell you a brand new VW Fox from just £20.54 per week ($37.35 USD, approx) - the equivalent of just two lattes per day! What's more, that price is inclusive of warranty and servicing!
(Editor's note: Less than 2 lattes from Starbucks.)

The Fox offers the build quality and safety synonymous with all Volkswagens and is both bigger and cheaper than the Lupo it replaces.

It comes with the choice of 1.2-litre three-cylinder engine or 1.4-litre four-cylinder engine. It is extremely well equipped and possesses an impressively large and well-finished cabin, many of the components from which are shared with its big brother, the Polo. General running expenses are low and the insurance costs minimal.
