Winners of The AutoLab's NYC Automotive High School Essay Contest Announced

The Shelly and Donald Rubin Foundation has provided $10,000 to fund the inaugural writing contest for students at New York City’s Automotive High School.

Awards:

Gold Awards $ 1,000.00
Silver Awards $ 600.00
Bronze Awards $ 400.00

The essays focused on the current state of Automotive Activities including the Sustainable Energy problem.

The judge was Dr. William Sharfman, Chief Judge for Automotive News PACE Awards.

Below are the 15 winners in this inaugural writing contest. The structure adopted for displaying and understanding and rewarding winners is based upon the familiar gold-silver-bronze format, with five entries in each class of winner. There is no particular order within each group.
