Bluegreen and Supercuts Sponsor NASCAR Team; Brand Leaders Forge Unique Marketing Venture with FitzBradshaw Racing

BOCA RATON, Fla.--June 6, 2006--Bluegreen Corporation , a leading provider of Colorful Places to Live and Play(R), announced today that it has agreed to sponsor FitzBradshaw Racing for a series of NASCAR(R) Busch(R) Series races and will join forces with Supercuts(R), Inc., a longstanding team sponsor of FitzBradshaw Racing throughout the 2006 NASCAR(R) Busch(R) Series race season.

As part of its sponsorship of FitzBradshaw Racing, the Bluegreen(R) and TakeMeOnVacation(R) logos will be displayed on the drivers uniforms as well as the No. 12 and No. 14 Dodge(R) race cars driven by Rookie-of-the-Year candidates Joel Kauffman and Tracy Hines. Bluegreen will also participate in various other advertising and promotional opportunities in connection with its sponsorship.

Bluegreen's sponsorship will work in conjunction with Supercuts' Beach Bash Sweepstakes promotion that will send race fans to great destinations during the 2006 race season. Each month, four lucky winners and their guests will win an all-inclusive trip to the Supercuts Beach Bash for a total of twenty four winners. Beach Bash takes place in Nassau, Bahamas in December 2006. In this promotion, Supercuts(R) will distribute Bash Code cards in each of their 2,100 North American salons. Each card has a unique number that customers will use to register for the sweepstakes at the Supercuts.com website for a chance to win trips to the Supercuts(R) Beach Bash, stays at Bluegreen resorts, as well as other great prizes that will be announced throughout the promotion. Monthly winners will experience an exclusive opportunity to visit with drivers, crew chiefs and other racing personalities while enjoying beach and pool parties, beach Olympics, water sports and autograph sessions. The Supercuts(R) Beach Bash promotion will culminate in an all-inclusive vacation for race fans in the Bahamas in December 2006. Participants in the promotion will also have the opportunity to register for a TakeMeOnVacation(R) getaway in Orlando or Las Vegas.

"We are excited to find a world-class racing partner in FitzBradshaw who has so much to offer Bluegreen on and off the race track," said George F. Donovan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bluegreen Corporation. "Our products are a natural fit with NASCAR(R) fans, and we are very excited about being involved in this season long Beach Bash promotion so we may introduce our TakeMeOnVacation(R) getaways to the NASCAR(R) community and to Supercuts(R) customers throughout the United States."

NASCAR(R) veteran Armando Fitz and Pro Football Hall of Fame member and FOX(R) broadcaster Terry Bradshaw of FitzBradshaw Racing, along with executives of both Supercuts(R) and Bluegreen Resorts, recently gathered at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to unveil the Supercuts Beach Bash promotion and the car that will be driven in the NASCAR(R) Busch(R) series races in 2006.

"This is a great opportunity for two of our sponsors to create an innovative marketing program that will benefit both parties," said Fitz.
