Texas Christian University Students Embark on National Road
Trip for Charity Challenge
Dallas/Ft. Worth Residents Invited to Attend Kick-off Events
What: What do a lacrosse player and two sorority girls have in common?
They're all three marketing majors at Texas Christian University
(TCU) who will be representing Texas and competing against student
teams from Boston College and Northwestern University in the Dodge
High Caliber Challenge.
On Monday, June 5, Dallas/Ft. Worth residents are invited to "Wake
Up" with the three students from TCU as they kick-off their five-
day charity road trip challenge in the all-new 2007 Dodge Caliber
from Dallas/Ft. Worth. Dodge will give away 500 free music
downloads from Global Music Project to raise $10,000 for Doctors
Without Borders.
In addition to the downloads, students will be giving away wireless
ear buds and other fun prizes to help kick-off the Texas work week.
The two kick-off events will entail:
-- Music Downloads - Beginning in Dallas/Ft. Worth, the TCU team
will visit an additional three cities on their way to Miami
where they will give away 500 free music downloads from
http://www.globalmusicproject.org/ at each local event
-- A Donation - For each song downloaded in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Dodge
will donate $1 to Doctors Without Borders on the team's behalf
-- School Spirit - Everyone who attends can show their support for
the TCU team by decorating their Dodge Caliber with good luck
notes and well wishes
Who:
The Students
-- Natalie Yerkovich, 21, from Austin, Texas, has been playing
lacrosse since middle school and plans to visit Germany this
summer for the World Cup before finding work at a non-profit or
social marketing agency
-- Ashley Foland, a 23-year-old Delta Gamma and Keller, Texas,
native, plans to attend the Art Institute of Dallas to study
interior design in the fall
-- Katherine Dell, a 21-year-old Chi Omega who recently moved to
the Fort Worth area, hopes to use what she learns on this trip
as she begins a career in promotions and advertising.

on their cross-country journey

Why: The Dodge High Caliber Challenge combines Generation Y's passion
for volunteering with their love of music, technology and
philanthropy in a five-day charity road trip designed to generate
awareness for Global Music Project and raise funds for Doctors
Without Borders. Students will drive the new Dodge Caliber, which
is chock full of interior road trip-friendly features like the
MusicGate Power(TM) liftgate speakers, Chill Zone cooled beverage
storage bin and unique flip pocket for storing a cell phone or an
MP3 player. In addition, the student teams can put their skills to
the test in the real world on an all-expense paid road trip with
the chance to win a 24-month lease on a Dodge Caliber.
