CHICAGO--May 30, 2006--CCC Information Services Inc., a leading supplier of technology solutions to the automotive claims and collision repair industries, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ProcessClaims, Inc., one of the premier providers of process-focused software solutions for the automotive claims industry. The closing of the acquisition is expected in the next few weeks, subject to customary closing conditions.
