DriveSync Now Available for Online Purchase via Target.com

Affiliation with Target One of Many Recent Achievements for DriveSync(TM)

WATERLOO, ON, May 30 -- Intelligent Mechatronic Systems Inc. (IMS), a world leader in telematics solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of DriveSync(TM), its GPS vehicle tracking system, on Target.com. The addition to Target's web-store allows customers to purchase DriveSync(TM) online from one of the top retailers in the U.S.

DriveSync(TM) is an innovative GPS vehicle tracking system. It allows vehicle owners to monitor when, where and how their vehicle is being driven. Driving data is tracked via GPS satellites and recorded on the DriveSync(TM) unit and data key. To view results, detached the data key and insert into a computer USB port. Use the DriveSync(TM) software to upload data to the DriveSync(TM) server. There the data is compiled into turn-by-turn trip logs, route maps and driving statistic reports, which are accessed via a secure web portal. The results not only provide vehicle owners with a clear picture of vehicle use and driver behavior, but the means to identify and correct unsafe or inefficient driving habits.

The listing on Target.com is a continuation of the success DriveSync(TM) has experienced since its debut at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2006. The interest DriveSync(TM) generated at CES led to it being named one of the "5 Hot Products for 2006: New Technology at Work" by Microsoft. That auspicious start was followed by IMS' partnership with MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) Canada, and more recently, two nominations for the Spring 2006 "Best of RetailVision Awards": Best New Technology and Best Product - Digital Home.

"To have secured an affiliation with Target, one of the largest retailers in the U.S., is a step forward for DriveSync(TM)," says John Reynolds, Vice President of Business Development at IMS. "We have accomplished so much in a few short months, and anticipate that level of success to continue in the months ahead."
