        The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center in Pasadena will host a joint
        news conference with experts who will provide life-saving tips
        for the 2006 Memorial Day holiday weekend including: water
        safety, preventing drunk driving; brush clearance for hillside
        residents; first aid for burn victims; and what law
        enforcement officials are planning to ensure Southland streets
        and highways safe as the unofficial start of summer kicks off.

        Key media highlights will also include:

        --  Gas prices Southlanders can expect to pay at the pump
