BIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 24, 2006 -- Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation announced today that it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty Common Stock. The dividend is payable on June 20, 2006 to holders of record on June 6, 2006.
