VW Marketing Leader Tesa Aragones Joins dng as Managing Director of Digital Branding

LOS ANGELES--May 22, 2006--In a move to build on its strategic and digital media branding capabilities, davidandgoliath (dng) Chairman and Chief Creative Officer David Angelo has announced that Tesa Aragones has joined the independent ad agency as Managing Director of Digital Branding, a new position.

Aragones is known as a pioneer in the interactive marketing space. She joins davidandgoliath from Volkswagen of America, where she held the title of Director, VW Media and Interactive Marketing. Her understanding of how to build brands through traditional marketing and new media initiatives helped established VW as an industry leader in digital branding. Beyond building an iconic brand through integrated marketing channels, she created processes that drove innovative and measurable business practices for VW during her nine years with the company.

Most notably, she was responsible for the phenomenally successful marketing launch of the New Beetle, building the VW ebusiness team, the New Beetle online buying program, VW films, RadioVW and many other digital branding initiatives. She began her career at DMB&B, and was an account supervisor on Pontiac-GMC when she moved to the client side.
