Bentley Motors Announces Senior Public Relations Appointment

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., May 16 -- Bentley Motors, Inc. has announced the appointment of David P. Reuter as General Manager of Public Relations - Bentley Motors, Inc., effective Monday, May 22, 2006.

David Reuter joins Bentley Motors following a distinguished career in public relations at the Ford Motor Company, where he held a number of roles within the North American market, as well as assignments in Japan and Europe.

Mr. Reuter will replace John Crawford, who has announced his retirement from Bentley Motors, effective on December 1st, 2006. David Reuter will report to David Goggins, Director of Marketing and Communications.

Mr. Crawford joined Bentley on January 1st, 1999 and has overseen the company's public relations programs through the separation of the Bentley and Rolls-Royce marques, and the introduction of Bentley's range of Continental models.

Commenting on the appointment, the CEO of Bentley Motors, Inc., Andrew Stuart, said: "We are delighted to welcome David to Bentley. He has a great background in frontline public relations, and in addition his international experience allows him to bring a global vision to this role. I am certain his experience will complement the results which have been achieved under John Crawford's stewardship over the past seven years."
