Carster.com Offers $1000 to ''Car of the Month'' Winners

SEATTLE--May 8, 2006--Carster.com, the online car community for those who believe the words "love" and "car" go hand in hand, is celebrating its launch by offering one thousand dollars ($1000) for the next twelve (12) months to each member who wins the Carster.com "Car of the Month" award, while individual "Car of the Week" winners will receive a free Carster.com t-shirt.

The contest works this way: each calendar month, Carster.com members can vote on who deserves the Car of the Month. The Carster.com member who receives the most number of votes, based on online voting results, will win the $1000 prize (additional terms and conditions apply).

Carster.com is unique among web sites catering exclusively to auto enthusiasts. Membership is free at Carster.com, and Carster allows its members to upload as many photos as they like for as many cars as they have.
