FreedomRoads, Nation's Largest RV Retailer, Acquires Olinger Travel Homes; Company Moves Decisively Into Portland, Oregon Market With Market Leader

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill.--May 3, 2006--Chicago-based FreedomRoads, LLC, the nation's largest RV retailer with annual revenues of $1.4 billion, today announced that it has acquired Olinger Travel Homes, establishing a powerful presence in Portland, Oregon and further penetrating the West Coast RV market.

Established in 1972 by Roland Olinger, the dealership has been an RV retailing force in Oregon and is the all time, number one Itasca by Winnebago retailer. It has annual revenues $50 million across two locations including Portland along Interstate 84, and west of the city in Hillsborough on State Highway 8 at the Tualatin Highway. The full service facilities boast 35,000 and 16,000 square feet respectively and have a total of 20 service bays.

Roland Olinger will continue to lead the dealerships with the support of a talented management team which includes General Managers Bruce Young and Milt Jonas. A Camping World store is planned for the Portland dealership which is expected to drive additional foot traffic and enhance the dealership's draw.
