ClubMom and Chrysler Group Expand Partnership to Include Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Brands

Chrysler and Jeep(R) Join Dodge in the ClubMom Rewards Program

DETROIT, March 27 -- ClubMom.com, the Web site where millions of moms go for real-mom information, mom-to-mom connections, and rewards, and Chrysler Group announced today an expansion of their existing partnership to include the Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge brands. Chrysler and Jeep(R), including the Chrysler Town & Country and the Jeep Grand Cherokee, have joined Dodge Caravan, Grand Caravan, and Durango as vehicles eligible for ClubMom points when purchased or leased by ClubMom members. As of January 1, 2006, ClubMom members will earn 10,000 Points when they purchase or lease a new, eligible Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep brand vehicle from an authorized U.S. dealer.

Due to the success of the partnership between ClubMom and the Dodge brand over the last two years, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles have been added to the innovative marketing channel ClubMom has to offer. Already 2.5 million members strong, ClubMom enables marketers like Chrysler Group to reach the most important purchasing decision makers in America's households -- moms -- who control 80% of all U.S. personal and household spending.

"Moms are a key consumer target and we're always looking for new and creative ways to reach them," said George Murphy, senior vice president global marketing, Chrysler Group. "We are always looking for new and innovative ways to cut through advertising clutter. ClubMom's model helps us build the kind of relationships we want with these influential consumers."

In research conducted by ClubMom, members have said that Chrysler and Jeep brands are of considerable interest to them. The addition of these two brands to the ClubMom Rewards Program will provide a platform for the Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge brands to educate moms and their families about their vehicles, while also offering exclusive rewards and special deals to ClubMom members. Members can redeem the points they earn through this program for rewards like gift cards, spa visits, housecleaning services, dinners and movies out, and well-deserved getaways.

Beginning April 1st, the Chrysler Group will broaden the list of participating vehicles in the ClubMom Rewards Program to include Dodge Caravan, Grand Caravan, Durango, Magnum and Ram Mega Cab, Chrysler Town & Country, Pacifica and PT Cruiser and Jeep Grand Cherokee, Commander and Liberty. ClubMom members will earn 10,000 points when they purchase or lease any of these vehicles. During this time, ClubMom and Chrysler Group will also kick-off a highly targeted Customer Relationship Management program for those moms who have indicated they will be making a vehicle purchase within the upcoming year. Special bonus point opportunities will be offered to these members who test-drive or purchase any of the vehicles in the Rewards program.

"ClubMom is delighted to continue its relationship with Chrysler Group as we deliver value to millions of mom across the country," said Michael Sanchez, ClubMom Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder. "Through this partnership, we are able to provide personalized offers and communications to our members, on behalf of the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge brands, that cut through the clutter. We hope to help strengthen the relationship Chrysler Group has with moms, while also delivering a profitable return on their investment."
