MATRIX SYSTEM(r) AUTOMOTIVE FINISHES FEATURED ON 

DETROIT'S FOX 2 DURING AUTORAMA

 

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Walled Lake, MI - March 22, 2006 - Matrix System
Automotive Finishes was featured on Detroit's Fox 2 News as part of a
Problem Solver segment that aired during Detroit Autorama on March 3,
2006.

 

Dan Kamensky, owner of 3D Paint Supplies in Belleville, MI, saw the
original Fox 2 Problem Solvers Investigation that reported a poorly
applied paint job done on a 1969 Pontiac GTO owned by John Wolgast of
Columbus, MI.  Kamensky contacted Fox 2 and offered to refinish the
vehicle, with help from paint specialists 3D Custom Paint.com of Willis,
MI and the Belleville High School Vocational Autobody Program.  The car
was stripped down and refinished with Matrix System Automotive Finishes
primer, premium basecoat, sealer, and clearcoat. 

 

Kamensky and his team completed work on the GTO in three and a half
weeks, just in time for an appearance at the Detroit Autorama Show,
featured in the Matrix System Automotive Finishes display.  Owner
Wolgast will also be driving his newly restored GTO as a participating
cruiser during Detroit's Woodward Dream Cruise on Saturday, August 19,
2006.  Fox 2 News conducted a follow up report at the Detroit Autorama
show that included interviews with Wolgast, Kamensky, and Matrix
spokesperson Bevan Perkowski.  "This success of this project was a
direct result of the tremendous contributions from everyone involved,"
said Kamensky, "I couldn't have asked for a greater end result for our
efforts."
