Evader Appoints New Board of Directors

BELLEVUE, Wash.--March 15, 2006--Bellevue, Washington-based Evader, Inc. (www.evader.us.) (Pink Sheets:EVDR), the maker of electric high-performance vehicles powered by their leading-edge proprietary technology is proud to announce today the appointment of a new Board of Directors.

The new board will consist of Julio de Almeida, Douglass Wright and Kenneth E. Kelley who will also act in the capacity of Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Kelley, Chief Executive Officer of Evader, has served as an Executive and/or Consultant to Evader, Swissair, Pacific Power, McDonnell Douglas on the Mercury and Gemini Projects, Boeing, Kelley Morrow Industries and other major companies. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Degree in Engineering.

Mr. Almeida, President of Evader, was previously President of Evader's Latin American Division, Business Development Director of AMF's Harley Davidson Division and Commercial Director of Bombardier's Recreational Products Division. Mr. Almeida has a Masters Degree from the University of Miami and over 30 years of experience in the motorcycle and recreational vehicle industries.

Mr. Wright, Chief Financial Officer of Evader, brings more than 25 years of experience as a CFO or Financial Executive with public companies including United Petroleum, Ikon Office Solutions, Cort Business Services, Mohasco Corporation and American Cyanamid. Mr. Wright holds an Engineering Degree from Yale University, an MBA from Columbia University and a CPA certification from the state of Texas.

The new Board congratulates the outgoing Board on an excellent job and now looks forward to taking the company to the next level as sales and manufacturing get into full swing.

An announcement is expected shortly on the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting.
