OAKVILLE, Ontario, March 13, 2006: For 20 years, Andy Thê-Anh has dressed women in the latest fashions but this week, for the first time, he'll debut a completely new look – 'clothes' for a car. Thê-Anh has re-designed the interior of a 2006 Ford Fusion to help the Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited, raise funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Thê-Anh's Fusion will be on display starting today for L'Oreal Fashion Week at the Liberty Grand in Toronto. Between March 13 th and 23rd, people can bid on the one-of-a-kind vehicle on eBay Canada, with all proceeds going towards helping create a future without breast cancer.

"We truly appreciate the work of Andy Thê-Anh and Ford of Canada. What an exceptional way to get people involved in building awareness of breast cancer and our efforts to create a future without it," said Mark Hierlihy, National Director of Development, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. "I think people will really have fun competing online for such an exclusive car, so please, bid now and bid often!"

Montreal-based Thê-Anh is best known for his sexy and modern take on affordable sportswear for active, fashion-conscious women. It was that interest in affordability with flair that drew Thê-Anh to the Ford Fusion.

"The Ford Fusion is stylish and modern – it appeals to today's woman and her needs," said Thê-Anh. "It already stands out from the pack with its exterior design and I wanted to enhance the experience with my personal touch to its interior. This is a car that lends itself so easily to the creativity of fashion design."

The 2006 Ford Fusion breathes a fresh attitude into the mid-size car. It distinguishes itself with its standout exterior design and engaging driving dynamics. Fusion brings to the segment good fuel economy, advanced safety, clean emissions and roomy interior space – all at an attractive value.

"We believe Andy Thê-Anh 's fashion interpretation for the Ford Fusion will truly create a reaction. It is the perfect blend of style and substance," said David Greenberg, vice president general marketing, Ford of Canada. "We're pleased to work with L'Oreal Fashion Week to raise funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, an organization Ford of Canada has proudly supported for the past 10 years."
