Camping World and American RV Set To Open SuperCenter in Albuquerque; Nation's Largest Retailer of RV Supplies and Accessories Builds on Success With Its 46th Store

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--March 13, 2006--Camping World, the nation's largest retailer of RV supplies and accessories, today announced that it has opened a new location in Albuquerque. With 46 Camping World stores across the United States, the opening of the newest SuperCenter continues the company's 2006 store expansion program and strong market momentum.

Camping World has teamed up with American RV, a part of the FreedomRoads dealer network. Their high visibility facility is co-located along the high traffic I-40 corridor. It features 103,000 square feet of the latest RVs, RV products, and camping equipment as well as exciting new modifications including a larger showroom, additional service bays and an indoor food court.

"We have enjoyed a very productive relationship with American RV since forming an alliance in Anthony," said Mark Boggess, President of Camping World. "We made a commitment to our customers to work with only the best RV dealers in the country. The fact that we are putting together two customer-driven organizations under one roof, provides for a winning combination for the customer."

Marcus Lemonis, FreedomRoads Chairman and Chief Executive Officer added, "The FreedomRoads and Camping World co-locations have been winning combinations for RV consumers across the country and we know that this will be similarly embraced at the new facility in Albuquerque. The linkage of the brands gets stronger with each new opening at a FreedomRoads dealership."

The brisk expansion of Camping World is well timed to respond to growing consumer demand as the outlook for the RV and RV supplies and accessories market burgeons, topping lists of US growth industries. A recent study by the University of Michigan's Survey Research Center found that one in 12 U.S. vehicle-owning households now own an RV. There are now 7.9 million households in the U.S. with a RV. This figure indicates a 58 percent rise in RV ownership since 1980. This study also anticipates similar growth in the future, thus providing the catalyst for additional Camping World stores across the country.
