XcelPlus Enters E85 Markets

SALUDA, VA - Feb. 24, 2006: XcelPlus International Inc. (PINK SHEETS: XLPI), XcelPlus International announced yesterday that the company is entering into the E85 Ethanol Fuel market with various new products.

XcelPlus is now a distributor for an electronic system to allow conventional fuel injected cars to run on E85 fuels. The South American system has been around for a number of years allowing the use of ethanol based fuels successfully in many automobile models. The South Americans have been burning ethanol fuels successfully for over 20 years. Within the U.S. Minnesota is the leader in E85 fuel sales, proving E85 works well with the environment to help reduce emissions and show a successful alternate fuel source can work and prove reliable.

With GM now pushing their Live Green Go Yellow campaign, an awareness for the E85 fuel program is becoming more prevalent as E85 has been available now in the US for 10 years.

XcelPlus is also addressing another issue that is encountered in the conversion to E85, which is corrosion. Ethanol causes several acids to form due to the properties of ethanol as well as the water associated with E85. Our new E85 conversion lubrication kit has three products that will clean the system and then coats the metals in the engine making them impervious to these acid attacks. This will allows car owners to not fear the problems that ethanol products can produce.

XcelPlus is also designing a special E85 motor oil that meets today's new G-IV standards and provides extra protection and lubricating benefits beyond today's conventional motor oils. We intend to make this oil readily available this year. It should be available online within the next three to four months and not too much longer afterwards in retail locations.

XcelPlus intends to be the leader in the E85 industry as far as conversions go so that we can truly now reduce emissions here in the US starting as of today!
