ZF Group North American Operations Appoints Denise Lee and Paul Olexa to Vice President Positions

NORTHVILLE, Mich., Feb. 22, 2006 -- ZF -- a leading automotive supplier of driveline and chassis technology -- named Denise Lee Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Chassis, and Paul Olexa Vice President, Sales and Marketing - Driveline.

Lee returned to ZF after two years with Hilte International, where she was Vice President of Global Sales. Previously, she was Customer Director with ZF from 2001 to 2003. In her new position, she will be responsible for coordinating all chassis sales within North America to all automakers. Lee also held positions within the automotive industry at Delco Remy, New Venture Gear, ITT Automotive and TRW.

She earned a law degree from Detroit College of Law, a master's degree from the University of Detroit and a bachelor's degree from Oakland University. She is a resident of Rochester Hills, Mich.

Olexa was promoted from General Sales Manager to his new position. He has been with ZF since May 1988, holding several sales and engineering positions. In his new position, he will be responsible for all chassis activity within North America.

He earned a master's degree in international finance and a bachelor's degree from the University of Detroit, and is a resident of Northville, Mich. He also attended John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
