THE MICHAEL ANDRETTI FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES
2006 FUNDRAISING EVENTS
"Breakfast with Michael Andretti" and "An Evening with Michael at the Andretti Winery" are the
featured fundraising events for this season.

NAZARETH, PA (February 21, 2006) - The Michael Andretti Foundation (MAF) announced today that they
will be hosting several fundraising programs at various Indy Racing League events in 2006.  The Foundation
will  also  hold  several  EBay  auctions  for  collectibles,  unique  Andretti  racing  items  and  VIP  race  packages
throughout the season.

Due to popular demand, the Foundation will once again be hosting "Breakfast with Michael Andretti", a fun
filled  program  where  fans  are  VIP's  while  enjoying  an  inside  look  at  the  activities  that  take  place  at  Indy
Racing  League  events  with  Andretti  Green  Racing  (AGR).    Guests  will  enjoy  a  full-service  breakfast;  guest
appearances including the AGR drivers, Michael Andretti and other special industry experts; as well as enjoy a
garage and IndyCar tour.  Cost for the event is $100 per person.  These unique and popular events will take
place  on  Friday,  March  24th  at  Homestead-Miami  Speedway  and  Wednesday,  May  24th  at  the  Indianapolis
Motor Speedway (IMS).

On  Thursday,  August  24th,  the  Andretti  Winery  will  host  a  special  fundraising  event  to  benefit  the  Michael
Andretti  Foundation  at  the  Napa,  CA  vineyard.    The  VIP  evening  will include an informal wine tasting and
wine  presentation  out  on  the  back  courtyard  overlooking  the  beautiful  Andretti  vineyards.  Special guests in
attendance will include owner Michael Andretti and the AGR drivers. The event will be held in conjunction
with  the  Indy  Racing  League's  visit  to  Infineon  Raceway  in  Sonoma  CA.  Enjoy  an  evening  of  wonderful
Andretti wine, great food and lots of fun while raising money for a local charity.

Monthly EBay auctions will be held for special collectible items and VIP race packages.  Auction items will
include:    a  2  seater  ride  with  Michael  Andretti;  Andretti  Green  Racing  car  parts;  autographed  Andretti
merchandise and collectible sets; a VIP Indy 500 auction package; and other unique collector items. A complete

All  proceeds  from  the  fundraisers  will  be  donated  on  behalf  of  The  Michael  Andretti  Foundation  to various
