HOUSTON, Jan. 25, 2005 - Automotive enthusiasts attending the 2006 Houston Auto Show will have a lot to be excited about this year, and that excitement will stem from more than the usual array of spectacular concept cars and the latest automotive products. That's because fans are welcoming back world-class motorsports to Space City with the 2006 Grand Prix of Houston, and the Grand Prix will host a booth at the Auto Show to give visitors an in-depth preview of all of the exciting action. Visitors will also have the opportunity to admire a large diagram of the course layout for the Grand Prix of Houston, a 1.7 mile temporary street track with fast straightaways and hair-pin turns that will optimize the experience for the fans and drivers alike.
