2006 North American International Auto Show Hosts a Veteran's Day on Sun., Jan. 22

      Show Offers Half-Price on All Adult General Admission Tickets
                      for Veterans & Active Military

  WHO:      The 2006 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS)

  WHAT:     The NAIAS 2006 is offering half-off all $12.00 adult tickets for
            United States veterans and active military.  To redeem their
            discount for a single ticket for themselves, all military
            personnel need to show an active or retired military I.D. card,
            a Veteran's Administration (VA) I.D. card, military discharge
            papers or an affiliation with an active military service
            organization such as VFW, American Legion, Marine Corps League,
            etc. along with picture I.D.

  WHEN:     Sunday, Jan. 22, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.  No admittance after
            6:00 p.m.

  WHERE:    Veterans and active military can obtain their tickets at the
            e-Ticket window at the Oakland Hall entrance inside Cobo Center.

  WHY:      The NAIAS wishes to show its appreciation to all U.S. veterans
            and active military for their services throughout the world.
