CCG Retained by Amerityre for Investor Relations and Strategic Communications Program

LOS ANGELES and BOULDER CITY, Nev., Jan. 9, 2006 -- CCG Investor Relations and Strategic Communications today announced that it has been retained by Amerityre Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: AMTY) , a developer of technologies for safer and more environmentally-friendly tires for automotive, truck, and industrial markets, to provide counseling in a broad range of corporate communications directed at investors and the media.

CCG Partner Sean Collins stated, "Amerityre's innovative technologies in polyurethane tires represent a paradigm shift that may well revolutionize the tire industry. The successful commercialization of these technologies should lead to safer travel on our highways by eliminating blow-outs and tread separation. Moreover, Amerityre's polyurethane-based tires will result in less environmental pollution than is produced by today's rubber-based tires. Currently, Amerityre is at a key inflection point in its corporate growth. We are honored to be chosen as a strategic partner in the Company's development."

Elliott N. Taylor, Amerityre's Chief Administrative Officer commented, "We are pleased to partner with CCG as we ramp up the development and commercialization of our revolutionary, polyurethane-based tire technologies. CCG's track record in assisting early stage companies is persuasive. We look forward to working with CCG's team of professionals. Our mission is to get Amerityre's story heard and appreciated by the professional investment community as well as the media, and to better communicate with our existing shareholders."
