US Motorcycle Racing Star Jason Pridmore Featured at the North American
International Motorcycle SUPERSHOW 2006
 
Wednesday, December 21, 2005 (Toronto) - As motorcycle enthusiasts from
all over the continent gear up for SUPERSHOW 2006, North America's
largest and most comprehensive motorcycle show, an exciting line-up of
special guests has been organized. The SUPERSHOW is an event for riders
by riders, which focuses on bringing the Fun of Motorcycling to the
forefront each year. Set for January 6th - 8th at the Toronto
International Centre, the 2006 edition of the North American
International Motorcycle SUPERSHOW is a celebration of its 30th
consecutive year as Canada's Motorcycle Show. 
  
The Show's feature guest this year is "American Motorcycle Icon" and
host of the popular American Thunder on Speed Channel for the past eight
years Michele Smith. Michele will be at the 2006 SUPERSHOW to meet
Canadian fans and enthusiasts. Known to most for American Thunder,
Michele has graced the cover of several magazines including Playboy,
Swimsuit International, Muscle and Fitness as well as many motorcycle
calendars and posters. She can be seen all three days of the SUPERSHOW.
 
For racing enthusiasts, U.S. Superbike Racer, 2003 World Endurance
Champion and 2002 Formula Extreme Champion Jason "The Professor"
Pridmore will be on hand to sign autographs and talk to fans about his
exciting racing career and accomplishments. Jason has been both teaching
(and learning) how to ride a motorcycle since his first ride at his
father Reg's school in 1981 and has added an additional two hundred
schools to that count since launching the STAR Motorcycle School in
1998. Jason is sponsored by Joe Rocket, rides for Michael Jordan
Motorsports Team and his favourite motorcycle is the 2005 Michael Jordan
Motorsports GSXR1000 Superbike.
 
Other special guest racers include: Joe Rocket Racers and former
Canadian Superbike Champions Steve Crevier and Pascal Picotte; former
Canadian Superbike Champion Michael Taylor; Canadian Superbike Privateer
Frank Trombino; former Canadian Dirt Track Champion Steve Beattie;
Canadian Speedway Racer, UK Speedway Racer Kyle Legault; Canadian
Women's Series racer and Sportbike Champion Shawna Aron; and 12 year old
ATV Stock National Racer and Champion Deanna Salib.
 
Also exhibiting at the SUPERSHOW are several authors of note within the
motorcycle industry including: Max Burns, author of "These Are a Few of
My Favourite Roads"; Michele Duff, author of "Make Haste Slowly" and
"Serial Number 6218"; and Don Norris, author of "Riding with Attitude".
 
The SUPERSHOW is the flagship Show in a series of motorcycle events
produced over the past 30 years by Bar Hodgson Productions Inc. Show
staff are all motorcycle enthusiasts and riders.
