WIX Filters Wins Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Supplier of the Year Award


Filter Manufacturer Also Honored With Bronze Level of Shipping Award

 

GASTONIA, N.C. (Dec. 9, 2005) - WIX Filters won two Aftermarket Auto
Parts Alliance Supplier Awards, including the prestigious 2005 Supplier
of the Year award, during the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Inc.,
winter shareholder meeting Dec. 6 at in Boca Raton, Fla.

 "Customer service and sales support are the key components of our
continued success, and I am honored to accept these two prestigious
awards on behalf of everyone from WIX Filters and Affinia," said Terry
McCormack, CEO, Affinia Group, parent company of WIX Filters, Spicer
Chassis and Raybestos brand brakes.

Joining McCormack onstage to receive the awards were John Washbish,
president, customer relationship management, Affinia Group; Bill
Sheehan, vice president of sales, WIX Filters; and Bruce Johnston, brand
manager, WIX Filters.

The 2005 Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Supplier of the Year award
recognized WIX as the overall outstanding major supplier, and in
addition, the filter manufacturer received the 2005 Bronze Level of
shipping designation for shipping performance in excess of 95 percent.
