ACDelco Awards New Pontiac GTOs to Winners of 2005 Sales Promotion

GRAND BLANC, MICH. - ACDelco congratulates three of its salespersons who are the proud owners of 2006 Pontiac GTOs. The new GTO owners earned these Grand Prizes for sales of ACDelco automotive aftermarket parts in ACDelco's 2005 "Get The Order" - or "GTO" - promotion.

The "Get The Order" promotion rewarded enrolled ACDelco Dedicated Distribution Group (DDG) salespersons for increasing sales from Jan. to Sept. 2005, as compared with the same time period in 2004. Only DDG salespersons who averaged a minimum of $25,000 in monthly sales in the first nine months of 2004 were eligible to participate in the 2005 promotion to win the Pontiac GTO Grand Prize.

Alan Aubele of Cold Air Distributors in Fort Pierce, Fla., Gary Nichols of Aline Auto Parts #23 in Houston, Texas, and Steven Fries of Warren Distributing in Santa Monica, Calif., are the Grand Prize winners in their respective regions.

ACDelco, with input from its DDG Marketing Committee, designed these comprehensive promotions and training programs to help DDG members promote and sell ACDelco products and grow the business together. In 2006, programs are expected to include promotions for counter sales people and focus on Undercar products, DuraStop® Brakes, batteries and shocks and struts.
