TEN Technology Introduces New Adjustable Car Dock + Charger for All Apple iPod Models

TEN's flexibleDock Creates a Secure Display and Charger Station for Any iPod in the Vehicle

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 14 -- TEN Technology, maker of the award winning naviPlay Bluetooth Stereo Kit for iPod and industry leader in wireless streaming of stereo audio, today announced the availability of its flexibleDock Adjustable Car Dock and Charger for iPod, replacing the very popular flexDock mini for iPod mini and expanding support to all dockable iPod models.

"As Apple continues to shrink its iPod line, it will become ever more important for users to have a secure place in their vehicle to charge and display their iPods," said John Lin, TEN Technology, CEO and founder. "The new nano iPod is almost TOO small -- if you don't keep an eye on that little guy, it is sure to disappear. TEN's flexibleDock ensures that won't happen and even charges the nano (and any other iPod) while displaying it securely and safely for the driver."

As with all TEN products, form and function are of the utmost importance. The flexibleDock works with most standard cigarette lighter sockets to charge the iPod. In addition, the flexibleDock holds the iPod securely on a slender adjustable metal arm, allowing for easy positioning in the vehicle, increasing convenience and safety. The dark grey color of the flexibleDock blends nicely with most car interiors. And how does it work with any size iPod? Easily -- the dock is adjustable to fit iPod with Video, iPod nano, iPod mini, iPod with Color Display, iPod Photo, Click Wheel iPod, U2 iPod, and iPod with Dock Connector.

The flexibleDock's adjustable line out supports a cassette adapter, FM transmitter or line input cable to play iPod music through the car stereo. The TEN naviPro eX and original naviPod wireless remote control for earlier iPod models can also be used in conjunction with the flexibleDock to provide wireless remote functionality in the car.

The suggested retail price of the new flexibleDock is US$49.95 and will be available in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia/New Zealand beginning November 18, 2005, just in time for the holiday season. Consumers can purchase the flexibleDock at Apple Retail and Online stores, and Dr. Bott worldwide.
