WIX Filters Wins Two Parts Depot Awards

GASTONIA, N.C. (Nov. 11, 2005) - WIX Filters won two Parts Depot Vendor
Partner Awards, earning top honors as the 2005 Vendor of the Year and
for 2005 Best Field Representation at an awards banquet Nov. 10 held in
conjunction with the Parts Depot 10th Annual Training Conference in
Roanoke, Va.

 "We accept these two prestigious awards on behalf of everyone from WIX
Filters and Affinia," said Bill Sheehan, vice president of sales, WIX
Filters. "It's always gratifying to win one award at a customer's awards
banquet, so winning two in one evening is a very rewarding achievement.

Joining Sheehan onstage in front of the over 500 conference attendees
were WIX Filters Brand Manager Bruce Johnston and seven of the 12 WIX
Filters salespeople who service the Parts Depot account, including Mike
Mahoney, regional manager; Joel Osborne, regional manager; Mario
Figueredo, district manager; Donn Berney, district manager; Donna
Curtis, district manager; Dave York, district manager; and Susan
Thompson, technical services manager.

Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising Alan Bostwick, who
presented the award along with Parts Depot President and Chief Operating

significant sales growth.  The combination of those outstanding
