Evader Signs Initial Order with North American Distributor

BELLEVUE, Wash.--Nov. 8, 2005--Bellevue-Washington based Evader, Inc. (www.evader.us) (Pink Sheets:EVDR), the maker of electric high-performance vehicles powered by their leading-edge EPIC technology is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement and initial order with MotoMojo, a distributor based in Atlanta, Georgia (www.motomojo.net) with a network of 250 dealers.

Under the terms of the agreement, which will ultimately total 10,000 electric scooters, delivery of the initial two containers of electric motor scooters will take place in the next few weeks.

"MotoMojo anticipates that the Evader electric scooters will be available at 250 dealers as fast as possible and at more than 750 dealers in the next 12 months," says Paul Kerns, President and CEO of MotoMojo. "We have tested the units and are eager to get them out to our customers."

The Evader units have undergone rigorous testing on the part of MotoMojo's distributors and individual dealers and the response was overwhelmingly positive.

"We have been in discussion with MotoMojo for quite some time, but once their dealers had a chance to try the scooters out, they signed up right away," said Rob Stoneham, Evader's Director of Distribution. "Our shareholders have been waiting a long time for this day. The next stage will involve publishing the list of dealer locations on our website."

The sale of the units will produce immediate revenues for Evader which will help secure the launch of its 2006 electric motor scooter models.
