Reader Response To Delphi Executive Severance Ruling

CLICK4 DELPHI STORY

From David F.
It is my opinion that what Delphi refers to as management is the exact opposite. It was this group of greedy, shortsighted and brain damaged non managers who have placed Delphi in it's precarious and ruinous situation.

To reward incompetence with bonuses and severance, is outrageous and ultimately futile. Why would these slimy and underhanded cretins see a reason to change; blame the workers for all failure and make them pay!

This situation has been brewing for decades not just at Delphi but every stinking manufacturing facility that uses workers to build wealth and then rewards management with inflated and undeserved incentives, as if they single-handedly keep the factory running.

Management is long overdue for a through housecleaning, most should be fired and then ostracized from the ranks of business. The final blow comes when the person who does the least to create product harvests the most rewards. CEOs and VPs should be jettisoned before you cut the hourly employee then add insult to injury by moving the facility to a foreign country.

To blame the UAW for Delphi's lack of vision and stupidity is a grievous insult and an undeserved slap in the face. I look forward to the day when workers tell management to stick their sanctimonious and insipid you owe us attitude up their collective a---s.

WE are headed for a second revolution in which the people not the ruling class,(I.E. the rich) TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY AND THEN TELL THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY TO GO TO HELL!!!!
