De ontwikkeling van de Volkswagen Group in het derde kwartaal laat zien dat de eerste stappen naar fundamentele verbeteringen in de prestaties succesvol zijn geweest Echter, in deze complexe omgeving zullen substantiële werkzaamheden in de komende jaren nodig zijn om de gestelde doelen van de Group te bereiken. Stijging van de winst over de periode van januari tot september 2005. De winst bedraagt 57.8% over het afgelopen jaar. Dit houdt een bedrag van 2.0 miljard euro in. Vorig jaar was dit bedrag 1.2 miljard euro.
