NACCO Industries, Inc. Announces Dates of Third Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

CLEVELAND, Oct. 31, 2005 -- NACCO Industries, Inc. will release Third Quarter financial results and will file its Third Quarter 10-Q after the close of the market on Thursday, November 3, 2005.

The Company will hold a conference call on Friday, November 4, 2005 to discuss its results for the third quarter of 2005.

Alfred M. Rankin, Jr., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of NACCO Industries will host the conference call.
