POWERFLARE CORPORATION TO EXHIBIT AT CLEAN GULF CONFERENCE

MENLO PARK, CA; October 31, 2005:  PowerFlare Corporation

The Conference is a forum for maritime and energy sector companies and
regulatory agencies to exchange best practices on a wide range of issues,
from environmental concerns to homeland security.
